What happens after the 14-day trial?
The plan starts and the card is charged on day 15. Cancel before then in Settings and nothing is charged. One trial per account.
What is a request on Free?
A question in chat, a drafted plan, or an agent firing an action. Free gets 15 a day.
What are credits?
Paid plans use credits instead of a daily count. A text response costs 1 credit per message. Execution work, such as drafting transactions, costs 5 credits. The allowance arrives every month, on monthly and annual plans, and expires at the end of that billing month.
Do credits roll over?
The monthly allowance does not. Purchased credits last a year and are spent after the allowance.
How much history do I keep?
Free shows 30 days of chats, runs, prompts and agent alerts. Plus shows 90 days. Pro shows all of it. Older history is hidden, not deleted, and comes back when you upgrade.
Can I change plans?
Any time from Settings. Upgrades apply now and are prorated. Downgrades and switching to monthly apply at the end of the current period.
Can I cancel? Refunds?
Cancel any time; the plan stays on until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan stays on while Stripe retries for a week and emails you a link to update the card. If every retry fails, the plan ends and the account returns to Free.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Purchasable credits can also be bought with USDC, USDT, DAI or ETH.
Is my wallet safe?
Signo never holds your keys. An agent that acts can do only what you signed for, and a contract onchain enforces those limits. Everything else is read-only.
